Easy Foodie Bitch egg rolls

I Woke up with a huge craving for egg rolls. I wanted to make my own, this way I know exactly what is in there. I hate biting into an egg roll and having oil and MSG gush out of it. Gross. This recipe is easy to make,cheap and  takes about 45 mins

 

First thing I did was gather the ingredients, Sesame oil, chicken, shredded carrots, cabbage, onion,ginger, egg roll wraps, pineapple , and a few easy things listed below for the dipping sauce. 

Dice 2 chicken breasts, ( on plastic cutting board of course) 

Season with 4 chopped garlic cloves, and 1/4 chopped onion, about an inch of grated ginger. 

Add seasonings of choice, I'm Loving Himalayan Pink salt at the moment. Add salt and spices to taste. 

Add shredded carrots, about 2 hand full. 

Add shredded cabbage, about 2 hand full. 

Added too much salt, decided to add about 1/2 cup of fresh shredded pineapple. 

Add one spoonful of the chicken veggie mixture. 

Wrap, 1 corner at a time. 

Fry in light oil. 

I used whatever I had in the refrigerator for a dipping sauce. This was the most random mixture, but turned out great. 1/2 cup raspberry preserves, 1/2 cup Asian toasted sesame dressing. 

1 splash of Worcestershire sauce, (had no soy sauce) Trust me on this one.  

Juice of 1/2 a lemon...

Whisk,whisk whisk ....

Super easy peanut sauce  perfection...
